For me, fitness and wellness has always been very important to me. It started at a young age when I became aware of the effects of making poor lifestyle choices and since then I have become dedicated to maintaining my health. While traveling, it is very hard to keep up with good eating habits and taking care of your body. I have definitely been guilty of falling off the bandwagon before and I have come to terms with the fact that when traveling it IS a challenge, but it’s just a matter of dedication.

When I first started traveling, I became worried about not having a gym to work out at since going to the gym was a part of my daily routine back in Seoul. But since then, I have come to realize that there are alternatives and you CAN stay healthy while traveling for a long time. It is just up to you and what you will do to reach your goals. In the past year, I have become a big fan of the “Bikini Body Guide” by Kayla Itsines and she even came out with an app right before I started traveling, which is amazing. The unfortunate truth of the matter is that I really need to save as much as I can while traveling so I can’t afford the monthly membership. I have gone through the guides and they are awesome for people who don’t have a gym, however I am in need of new workouts! That being said, I am currently making up workouts as I go and they are inspired by Kayla Itsines BBG, but unique to the fact that I don’t have equipment.
